You will be responsible for responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
Ā Engage with customers through live chat to resolve inquiries and provide information
Ā Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate and helpful answers in a timely manner

Requirements
