Remote HEDIS Registered Nurse (North Carolina) Compensation
The pay for this position is $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Remote HEDIS Registered Nurse (North Carolina) Highlights
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
The required availability for this position is 8am-5pm EST
Remote HEDIS Registered Nurse (North Carolina) Responsibilities
Assist with retrieval of medical records.
Works with the HEDIS team to collect member records by contacting providers and placing collected records into database utilized
Required to handle a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls with provider offices
Continued follow up on requested medical records until obtained
Excellent documentation of research and contact information
Labeling records with appropriate naming convention
Loading medical records to abstraction database

Remote HEDIS Registered Nurse (North Carolina) Requirements
Must live in the state of North Carolina
Associates of Nursing
Active and in good standing RN license in the state of North Carolina
Effective Communication skills
Medical terminology knowledge
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Remote HEDIS Registered Nurse (North Carolina) Preferred Qualifications
Prior HEDIS Medical Record Review experience HIGHLY preferred
Highly organized
Expected salary: $40 - 43 per hour
