About the position
We are seeking a part-time HR Professional for a growing Christian Foundation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all human resources activities, focusing on developing a strong corporate culture and ensuring that the staff is well-equipped to deliver the Foundation's Vision, Mission, and Strategy. This role is pivotal in cultivating a positive, effective, and Christ-centered work environment.
Responsibilities
Ā Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the Foundation's Vision, Mission, and Values.

Ā Oversee the onboarding processes and ensure timely and effective onboarding of new employees.

Ā Manage payroll functions and ensure timely processing of payroll.

Ā Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Ā Collaborate with the Executive Team to identify training needs and develop personal development plans for employees.

Ā Facilitate mid-year and annual performance appraisal and compensation processes.

Ā Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Ā Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Ā Cultivate a safe and Spirit-filled work environment.
Requirements
Ā Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.

Ā 5 years of experience in HR, particularly in culture development and employee relations.

Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ā Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
Nice-to-haves
Ā Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR, SPHR, CPP, FPC) is a plus.

Ā Experience in nonprofit organizations is a plus.

Ā Start-to-finish experience in payroll processing is a big plus.
