About the position
Cigna Supplemental Benefits (CSB) is looking for a Business Project Senior Advisor to lead strategic initiatives within the CSB Portfolio, which includes Medicare Supplement and Supplemental Health & Life products. This role involves managing complex projects, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of project plans to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Ā Manage complex, time-sensitive projects and coordinate with numerous internal partners to achieve organizational objectives.

Ā Develop and manage project plans, ensuring leadership is aware of critical items and project status.

Ā Evaluate project status and resource utilization, implementing changes to enhance team effectiveness.

Ā Prepare and present project status updates to stakeholders as needed.

Ā Monitor project progress, manage issues and risks, and ensure operational readiness through updated deliverables and status reports.
Requirements
Ā Bachelor's Degree and 7 or more years of related work experience in project management.

Ā Strong preference for candidates with a healthcare background.

Ā Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools and methodologies.

Ā Working knowledge of Agile methodology is preferred.

Ā Strong relationship management skills to manage multiple stakeholders' expectations.

Ā Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with poise in front of senior audiences.

Ā Ability to manage ambiguity and drive collaborative results.

Ā Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within specified timeframes.

Ā Demonstrated ability to influence across a matrixed organization and build trusting partnerships.

Ā Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing tactical needs.
