Job description: Key Features:

• Flexible Scheduling: Clinicians manage their own availability within practice hours. Priority is given to candidates with evening and weekend availability.


• Hybrid/Remote Role: Must have a HIPAA-compliant workspace.


• Supervision: Would be expected to supervise limited permit holders (mental health counselors) that must comply with NYS in-person supervision requirements.

• Conduct intake assessments.


• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using modalities of your choice (special focus on anxiety, depression, OCD, and couples counseling).


• Maintain session documentation and administrative notes.


• Work collaboratively within a supportive team to ensure client success and clinical effectiveness.


• Be able to offer supervision to limited licensed mental health professionals, in their development and to maintain/improve the quality and efficiency of treatment.


• Assist in the coordination of orientating and training new clinicians, new and existing, to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity, program implementation, and service excellence.


• Assists with staff Performance Appraisals, ongoing monitoring of performance, and application of protocols and guidelines.

• Full administrative support, including billing and scheduling.


• Marketing to build your caseload—no self-marketing required.


• Access to secure HER and video platforms.


• Licensure supervision for Limited Permit holders.


• Team collaboration through virtual platforms (chat, video, phone).

• Required Masters + minimum of at least 2 years post-licensed clinical experience.

• Must have an active LMHC - full licensure in NYS.


• Must reside in New York State.

• Required: Proficient with EHR platforms and technology. Knowledge of Simple Practice is preferred.


• Secure internet connection and personal computer.

• Minimum of 4-6 years of counseling experience.


• Certificate of Professional Liability Insurance.


• Individual NPI Number

• (Mandatory) Must conduct staff meeting/supervision in person on Thursday mornings from 10:00am to 12:00 pm - Westchester County
