Key Responsibilities:
 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
 Provide accurate information about products and services
 Assist customers in placing, tracking, and modifying orders
 Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
 Utilize CRM systems to access and update customer accounts
 Upsell products and services when appropriate
 Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
 Offer support and guidance to customers with empathy and professionalism
 Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
 Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
Required Qualifications:
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Prior experience in customer service or a related field a plus
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong problem-solving abilities
 Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
 Empathetic and patient towards customer concerns
 Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other related tools
 Ability to adapt to new technology and processes
 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
 Fluency in additional languages may be advantageous
