Bay Care Health System is currently seeking a RN to join our Med/Surg Post Surgical unit.
Position Description
- The Registered Nurse works in a hospital setting, independently caring for a group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards. Responsibilities include delegating appropriate patient care activities to other team members, maintaining professional accountability, and ongoing development.Responsibilities
- Collaborate and communicate with interdisciplinary care providers to develop and assist in the plan of care.
- Organize, prioritize, and update the plan of care in collaboration with patients and their families.
- Identify patients at risk for injury based on diagnosis, medication, procedures, age, etc., and prepare the environment accordingly. Why Bay Care?

- Registered Nurse license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 6 months RN acute care experience
- Associates Degree in Nursing Facility & Location

Hours:
- 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
- Shift: Nights (Shift 3)
- Every Other Weekend
- No On Call
