Role Overview
We’re seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and client projects. This person will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of core HR processes and helping our clients build strong people practices.
- Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
- Support the creation and updating of employee handbooks and HR policies
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks (filing, compliance, employee records)
- Maintain employee documentation and reporting for clients
- Respond to basic HR inquiries and support client needs
- Collaborate on culture, development, and employee engagement projects
- Requirements
- Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Solid understanding of general HR practices and processes
- Strong organizational and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
