Job Summary

The Customer Acquisition Specialist will be a key contact between our company and its current & potential customers. This position involves contacting new potential clients, setting appointments, business referrals, and working closely with outside sales representatives to provide a pathway to dealership contracts. Must be very energetic, well-spoken, have an ability to get commitments based on interest, and eager to increase revenue.

This is a remote position.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Setting appointments for outside Territory Managers
  • Activations/Reactivations of customer contracts
  • Consistently meet set activity metrics
  • Consistently manage large amounts of outbound and inbound calls
  • Follow set communication talk tracks when handling different topics
  • Identify dealership needs, clarify information, and clearly communicate important next steps
  • Quickly build rapport and engage customers on the phone
  • Attend and actively participate in individual and team training
  • Meet all company assigned goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
