Remote Digital Marketing Strategist & Communications Specialist
About the position
- Responsibilities
- Foster, develop, and maintain relationships with customers on 10-25 SMB and/or franchisee accounts.
- Manage pay-per-click campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms, including keyword research and ad copy testing.
- Assist customers in managing their Google, Yelp, and Facebook business listings for local search management.
- Develop content for websites that explains services and drives conversions.
- Guide customers with their reputation management efforts.
- Analyze trends in Google Analytics to drive growth and improvements on client accounts.
- Collaborate with other digital marketing strategists and social media/content teams.
- Stay updated with changes in the Local SEO and SEM industry.
- Requirements
- Minimum one year experience in a client-facing role with challenging clients.
- Minimum one year experience in Search Engine Marketing, including Google Ads.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Nice-to-haves
- Experience with machine learning in digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
