Our client is seeking a Social Media Engagement & Outreach Virtual Assistant to manage the distribution of pre-created content and drive community engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. This role focuses on building connections, boosting visibility, and supporting business growth through strategic interaction and outreach.
- Responsibilities
- Post and schedule pre-made video and social media content across platforms
- Engage in relevant Facebook groups to build authority as a thought leader
- Respond to messages and inquiries on social channels
- Conduct outreach via direct messages to connect with potential prospects
- Manage community engagement to drive traffic to the profile and services
- Optimize posting times for maximum reach and interaction
- Proactively connect with influencers and potential partners in the coaching/business space
- Requirements
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Portfolio showcasing past social media work
- Strong written communication skills for engagement and messaging
- Understanding of social media best practices and optimal posting times
- Ability to represent a professional coaching brand appropriately
- Experience with Facebook group engagement and community building
- Familiarity with social media scheduling/management tools
- Reliable internet and ability to work independently
