About the Role

We are looking forfull-time clinical therapists who want to build a new way of delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to children 0-14. We hire mental health providers who are excited to work at an early-stage startup and impact the accessibility of exceptional behavioral health for children and families.

    Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy via the Little Otter platform to children ages 0-14 years old, parents, and families
  • Conduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc.
  • Complete clinical documentation using the Little Otter platform for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans
  • Participate in an optional weekly case review and clinical team meeting
    About You:
  • Masters level therapists independently licensed in California, ie. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)
  • Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families. Demonstrated experience in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices
  • Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care.
  • Passionate about providing mental health care services to children and families and excited to work at an early-stage startup to impact the way we provide these exceptional virtual services!
    Schedule:
  • Full Time: 32 hours a week or 40 hours a week option
  • Flexible schedule built to be mutually beneficial for you and our families
  • 80% of clinical time will be scheduled between 3-8pm PST or on the weekend to accommodate children' s schedules
    OR
  • Flexible part-time schedule options of 10, 15, or 20 hours per week

Compensation:

We provide a base salary plus quarterly incentive pay model:

40 hours a week: ~ $103,000/yr
32 hours a week: ~ $84,000/yr
$2000 Sign-On Bonus & Retention Bonus paid within 1st year (Full-Time only)

OR Hourly W2 position paid at $80 per clinical session plus additional administrative pay

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
