Virtual Therapist (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) – Full-Time W-2 | Telehealth in Texas

Job Summary
Sentient Path PLLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our expanding virtual team. This full-time, W-2 position is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality mental health services through telehealth. The ideal candidate is organized, ethical, clinically grounded, and eager to build strong therapeutic relationships with individuals and families across Texas.

Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide virtual individual psychotherapy to clients across diverse backgrounds.
• Maintain a consistent caseload and offer client-centered treatment aligned with best practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our Electronic Health Record system.
• Participate in monthly team meetings, case consultation, and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and administrative staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, board standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Ensure consistent evening (4–8 PM) and weekend (minimum of 8 hours) availability for sessions.

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Texas license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW (required).
• Experience with virtual therapy and insurance-based outpatient care is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a secure, private space for client sessions.

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
