We’re a U.S.-based digital marketing agency with 20+ years in the game, looking for an experienced SDR or appointment setter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You’ll be cold calling professional service providers, qualifying them, and booking appointments that lead to real deals—and you get paid on every win.
This is a remote, performance-driven role with a base draw to support you, but your income is tied to production. If you can deliver, your earning potential is unmatched.

- What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making 150–200+ cold calls per day to business owners across the U.S.
- Navigating gatekeepers and getting to decision-makers
- Using proven scripts while sounding confident, natural, and persuasive
- Managing your CRM, following up, and owning your metrics
- Booking qualified appointments that lead to sales—and getting paid for them
- You’re a Fit If You:
- Have 2+ years of outbound B2B cold calling or appointment setting
- Speak clearly and confidently with a strong, professional presence
- Know how to qualify leads, not just pitch—your appointments show up and convert
- Are self-managed, organized, and numbers-driven
- Want to be paid based on production, not empty promises or “potential”
