We are Aether Power (www.goaetherpower.com) and we are seeking Professional Appointment Setters to join our team. Our leads are the hottest EVER because our customers have already done business with us so they recognize our company. The ideal candidate will have previous appointment setting experience preferably in the solar or home improvement industry, and have the ability to persuade people to agree to a free energy consultation. This role is designed to create leadership qualities which can eventually lead to a supervisory position. We operate in the state of California and the Northeast, with Florida, Texas, Arizona and Nevada coming in August

Duties:
• Communicate effectively with previous customers. Must have confidence and be able to speak with authority. This is not a job for reserved, shy people!!!
• Convey the advantages and benefits to our existing clients the details of the Federally Funded ZERO out of pocket solar energy independence programs.

• Set appointments with businesses and homeowners.

Appointment Setting Experience is a MUST however solar experience is not required but it's a huge advantage! If you have appointment setting experience as an outbound calling agent in the home improvement, collections and B2B sales, and know how to overcome objections then we can teach you the solar pitch. We are looking for skilled hunters that want to make real money while working from home! As long as you are hard working, and dedicated you'll make money.

Weoffer a residual income that lasts in perpetuity. Our model is unique as we are enrolling businesses into a proprietary energy savings program.You literally get a piece of everyone's electric bill. This is a performance based position. Most successful agents are earning $2,000 - $3,000 a week.

Job Types: Full-Time & Part-Time

Pay: $8,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25+ per week
