This role requires a strong background in property management, particularly in mobile home parks, and fluency in Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse tenants and stakeholders.
- Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the operations of affordable housing units in the region. ,
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies. ,
- Lead and mentor property management staff to achieve operational goals. ,
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance property performance and tenant satisfaction. ,
- Coordinate leasing activities and maintain occupancy rates. ,

- Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish (Required) ,
- 3 years of experience in property management (Required) ,
- Valid Driver's License (Required) ,
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team. ,
