About the position
- Responsibilities
- Review complex scientific information and translate it into engaging and educational messaging as per the needs of the function.
- Liaise with the medical and scientific community as well as internal associates to ensure the output meets their objectives and is medically/scientifically accurate.
- Work alongside other medical writers to share expertise, editing and advising on content.
- Stay up to date on relevant clinical trials by reading and reviewing publications, attending courses and through membership in industry/professional associations.
- Become proficient in grant writing activities and assist team members in grant submissions as well as award management.
- Requirements
- PhD or MS degree
- 5+ years of experience in scientific and medical writing
- Strong knowledge in publication and grant application writing
- Strong understanding and interpretation of clinical and scientific data
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in regulatory submissions
- Market access research understanding.
