About the position

Conduct research and collect data to support product/report development for UC COM/UC Physicians, Inc objectives.
Perform system analysis, data analysis, or programming using Excel, Access, and SQL Server.
Identify and resolve data-related problems.
Ensure high-quality data collection and maintain data integrity.
Process data and develop reports on various projects.
Conceptualize data and present findings effectively to the team and stakeholders.
Communicate with business users and IT/Data Engineering teams for project management and prioritization.
Develop and prepare information products for organizational use.
Manage database design, security, data storage, and overall management.
Ensure the smooth operation of databases.
Act as a knowledge source for Accounting and Financial database systems and tools.
Support the department during budget season (December - March) for troubleshooting on an on-call basis.

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Five (5) years of relevant work experience or specialized training can substitute for the education requirement.
One (1) year of database management or related experience.
Familiarity with Access, SQL Server (SSMS), PowerBI, and other data analysis tools.
Advanced Excel skills.
