e-Communication Investigator
Client is in the process of establishing an e-communication investigation capability and is seeking skilled contractors to support this initiative. The selected individuals will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing e-communication data, generating reports and briefings, and effectively communicating findings to the security team.
- Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze e-communication data for potential security and HR-related concerns.
- Utilize internal e-communication tools, specifically Everlaw, to conduct investigative reviews.
- Generate clear, concise reports and executive summaries based on investigative findings.
- Provide verbal and written briefings to the security team and senior HR managers.
- Assist in triaging investigative matters and effectively communicating them to relevant teams.
- Undergo cross-training to support the broader internal investigations function.
- Ensure confidentiality, discretion, and high attention to detail in all investigative work.
- Requirements:
- Experience in internal investigations involving e-communications and data analysis.
- eDiscovery expertise with proficiency in keyword searches, data filtering, and document review.
- Everlaw experience (or similar eDiscovery platforms) highly preferred.
- Strong written communication skills to create detailed investigative reports.
- Effective verbal communication skills to deliver briefings to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with security, HR, and legal teams.
- Additional Information:
- This is a contract-only position with no current conversion opportunity, but this could change based on program success.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $38.00 - $44.50 per hour
