Accounting Clerk - Automotive

Experienced Automotive Accounting Clerk -

Only looking for the most conscientious automotive accounting clerk. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in the dealership performing a variety of job duties. Must be focused and motivated to get things done correctly.

You will be asked to perform a wide range of duties such as the duties of a biller, cancellation specialist, accounts payable, schedule work.

There is a high level of accountability for this role.

Responsibilities
• Provide accounting support to our team of controllers
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements reconciliations
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in the database

Skills
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven accounting experience (5 years preferred)
• Familiarity with basic accounting procedures
• Advance skills in Microsoft Excel
