Remote Real Estate Closer – Outside of U.S Only. (Spanish + English)

Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)
Location: Remote – Latin America, Egypt, Eastern Europe
Schedule: 12:00-8:00pm PST

Compensation:
• Base Pay: $700–$1,000 USD/month (based on experience)
• Commission: $300–$700 per closed deal
• Top closers earn $2,000–$3,000/month+
• Bonuses for hitting KPIs, stretch goals, and repeat closings, NO CAP

We are a high-performing U.S. real estate investment firm buying and selling off-market properties (residential and commercial). We're scaling fast and looking for killer closers who thrive on the phone, can control a conversation, and know how to convert sellers into contracts.

We’ll give you the leads, the CRM, the tools, and the support — you bring the grit and skillset to close.

Your Day-to-Day:
• Call leads (both warm + cold) provided daily
• Build rapport with sellers and uncover their motivation
• Pitch cash and creative real estate solutions (novation, seller finance, etc.)
• Negotiate and lock up contracts that work for both sides
• Collaborate with Dispo + TC teams to move deals to close
• Follow up like a machine and update CRM in real time

Requirements:
• 2+ years of sales or closing experience (phone-based)
• Fluent in English (C1–C2) – clear, confident, and professional
• Fluent or conversational Spanish (preferred)
• Experience using a dialer, CRM (e.g. REI Reply, Podio, etc.)
• Able to work full-time during U.S. hours
• Strong Wi-Fi (10 Mbps+), reliable laptop, headset
• You must be coachable, competitive, and a strong problem solver
