Zapier is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their Growth team and lead design for Logged-in Home and AI discovery capabilities. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing AI-powered features, and crafting compelling narratives to bring bold ideas to life.Requirements
• 6+ years of product design experience
• Experience leading initiatives across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention in SaaS or enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features and using AI tools to enhance creativity and expand design possibilities
• Comfortable moving between the details of a single interaction and the broader product architecture—designing cohesive, connected user journeys
• Experience with data-informed design and combining product data, user research, and own design instincts to inform decisions and unlock new opportunities
