About the position
- Responsibilities
- Provide writing, drafting, and editing services for reports, proposals, and business documents.
- Support the Program Solutions division and consulting with various documentation needs.
- Develop, train, and maintain a Constellation Quality Health Style Manual and report templates.
- Ensure high-quality, scientifically accurate documents are produced under strict timelines.
- Manage timelines and communicate with team members regarding expectations and deliverables.
- Review and edit documents authored by others, ensuring quality checks before approval.
- Work closely with company leadership and various teams to develop high-quality reports and documents.
- Identify potential issues that could impair success and coordinate resources to resolve them.
- Communicate openly with teams, coordinating draft version control and soliciting input from subject matter experts.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of writing and editing experience.
- Experience in healthcare, quality, or Program Integrity settings preferred.
- Expertise in proper English, grammar, syntax, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective interaction with various constituents.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with content experts to create or shape content.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Technical ability to analyze, synthesize, and present complex information accurately.
