Employment Counsel - Remote
We've partnered with a nationally respected labor and employment law firm-recognized for its deep expertise and long-standing commitment to management-side representation-to help them hire a remote Employment Counsel for their fully virtual office.
This role is ideal for attorneys who thrive in a collaborative, remote-first environment and want to focus on delivering high-quality legal work without the demands of in-person litigation or non-billable hour requirements.
- What You'll Do:
- Handle administrative charges, demand letters, and employment litigation for a diverse client base, including EPLI matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
- Collaborate with partners and legal teams to develop case strategies.
- Provide timely, strategic counsel to clients across industries.
- What We're Looking For:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing.
- 5+ years of employment law and litigation experience.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bonus: Experience with EPLI or prior law firm experience
