Today we are hiring (5) Remote/Hybrid- BCBA Therapist, for our client (4) of their locations which are Dearborn, Michigan, Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan, Sterling Heights and Southgate, Michigan, all 4 locations will accept remote work days and an office days will be offered as well. Please apply if you're local to any of these areas or willing to relocate for the work load. Must be licensed in Michigan as well registered for work.

Our BCBA's provides home and clinic-based ABA services for children with Autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities and other language delays.

ยท BCBA Yearly Salary Range to start: $77,000 - $85,000
Your Job Duties will include:
ยท Design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans and strategies
ยท Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
ยท Collaborate with treatment team (director, parents and other support network) to review case progress
ยท Provide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists, in all policies and procedures
ยท Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, authorizations, etc.
ยท Maintain caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties
The Job Qualifications for employment include:
ยท Have a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Masterโs degree and completion of ABA coursework
ยท Knowledge of ABA and DTT is required
ยท Valid driverโs license and a reliable form of insured transportation
ยท Must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills
ยท Proficiency in written and spoken English; Fluency in a foreign language a plus
ยท Aptitude to engage in higher-level management functions when required
ยท Ability to communicate with team members routinely, regarding schedules and client's changing needs
ยท Bilingual/Multilingual candidates have opportunity for increased base pay
