Growth & Product Stategy Lead - Remote from USA

- You will:
- Drive full-funnel growth marketing (acquisition → activation → retention → expansion).
- Lead paid & organic campaigns, onboarding flows, lifecycle programs, and A/B testing.
- Analyze markets, competitors, and pricing to guide product decisions.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to develop winning features and packages.
Requirements:
- You bring:
- 5+ years in SaaS or AI-enabled product growth (XR/training tech a plus).
- Proven success in PLG, growth experiments, and market analysis.
- Skills with MarTech/data tools (GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Segment, HubSpot; SQL a plus).
- Clear communication and a bias for rapid testing and iteration.
