What You'll Do
- As a Mental Health Therapist at EWC, you will:
- Provide individual (and optional group) therapy to clients aged 10 and up
- Diagnose and assess clients, and refer as appropriate to other services
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and complete documentation in accordance with practice standards
- Collaborate with schools, agencies, and other providers as needed
- Serve as a compassionate and engaged client advocate
- What We’re Looking For
- Licensed in New Jersey as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (Required)
- Part-time availability, including at least 8 remote sessions/week on evenings and/or weekends
- Comfortable working independently with a remote caseload
- Experience with:
- Adolescents (ages 10+) – Preferred
- Couples therapy – Preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and an enthusiasm for teamwork and growth
- A reliable internet connection and HIPAA-compliant work environment
- Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (Required)
- Active NJ license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (Required)
- Excellent clinical judgment and strong documentation skills
