We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Selling Partner Support Associate to join our team at Workwarp. As a primary point of contact between Amazon and our Selling Partners, you will provide timely and accurate operational support to ensure an exceptional experience for buyers on Amazon stores.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional service to Selling Partners through phone, chat, and email, building trust and strengthening relationships through empathy and active listening.

  • Resolve complex queries from Selling Partners using strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

  • Navigate multiple communication channels concurrently, including phone, chat, and email, to engage with Selling Partners effectively.

  • Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication, prioritizing Selling Partners' needs and providing appropriate solutions.

  • Consistently deliver on Selling Partner experience and efficiency goals, maintaining excellent levels of confidentiality and data security standards.

Requirements:



  • College graduate with fluent English language skills (written and verbal communication).

  • Experience working with operating systems (Windows) and using Office Suites (Word, Outlook, and Excel).

  • Typing skills of 30 words per minute with an accuracy of 93%.

  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in a live channel B2B/customer service environment, with business acumen in e-commerce and retail.
