As a Senior Product Designer, Live, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a user experience vision, balancing strategy and tactics
- Drive human-centered design processes, from concept to launch, to meet member needs and exceed expectations
- Innovate and contribute to the overall design system, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and delight
- Present compelling stories to stakeholders, articulating the experience strategy and vision
- Advocate for members worldwide, embracing experimentation and A/B testing to inform design decisions
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience designing user experiences for consumer-facing products across mobile, web, and TV
- A track record of delivering successful products and projects, with a deep understanding of live-streaming, member expectations, and industry trends
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
