Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies with carriers to optimize supply chain performance
- Collaborate with operational teams to advise on and manage operational challenges, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions
- Support the planning and organization of complex projects, leveraging your project management skills to drive success
- Manage contract compliance and recommend line haul carrier allocations to ensure optimal cost and performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with line haul providers, facilitating communication and visibility across Amazon's line haul network
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics)
- Relevant experience in analyzing data and creating reports for leadership, with a strong understanding of supply chain operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
