We're seeking a visionary leader to join our team as a Salesforce Technical Architect Director. As a strategic advisor and Salesforce expert, you will drive transformational change for our largest and most complex enterprise customers.

Your Impact:

• Lead high-performing teams of technical architects and developers


• Collaborate with executive leadership to facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions


• Develop and deliver action plans for strategic initiatives


• Provide thought leadership and expertise in Salesforce products and platforms


• Identify and lead internal critical initiatives to grow the consulting practice

Requirements:

• 15+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience


• Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills


• Multi-Cloud implementation experience


• 5-7 years of experience leading and managing people


• Strong client management and presentation skills


• Expert-level core Salesforce experience and knowledge of BRE, microservice architecture, and high-volume architecture

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field


• CTA certification or in the process of obtaining it


• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)


• Executive presence and leadership skills
