Job Summary:
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and making recommendations to customers
- Assisting with visual merchandising, restocking, and store maintenance
- Working collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Embracing service training and product programs to continuously improve performance
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Displays basic fashion and trend knowledge and satisfies customer needs by selling appropriate merchandise
- Assists with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing
- Presents a positive, energetic, and outgoing impression to each customer
- Complies with all company policies and procedures
- Ensures all visual standards are followed, and daily restock is completed
- Assists in eliminating both employee and customer theft
- Helps maintain a neat and orderly sales environment
Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent command of the English language
- Basic fashion and style trend knowledge and desire to work with customers in a retail setting
- Problem-solving abilities, analytical abilities, detail orientation, flexibility, communication skills, and interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand for extended periods of time; lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Able to work extended hours during critical project phases; and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility
- Must have reliable transportation
