• Driving sales growth and merchandising excellence in assigned territories


• Creating engaging in-store displays and experiences that showcase our brands


• Building strong relationships with store personnel and consumers to provide exceptional brand experiences


• Executing sales programs and initiatives to achieve maximum brand potential


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required


• Must live in the Homestead to North Miami areas


• Entry-level applicants without experience but willingness to learn will be considered, as will candidates with 0-2 years' experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service


• Strong selling skills and ability to influence store/ownership personnel through fact-based data selling


• Self-motivated and ability to work independently within a large territory and multitask across a large number of stores


• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills, and ability to effectively communicate successes, challenges, and opportunities

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary range: $54,200 - $63,600


• Annual incentive reference value percentage: 7.5
