As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing programming expertise, onboarding support, and ongoing coaching to our teaching roster. You'll also have the chance to teach a variety of classes, lead format trainings, and contribute to the overall health and well-being of our community. About the Role:
- Support the General Manager and Department of Education with programming expertise, onboarding help, and continued coaching for our teaching team
- Teach a minimum of 5-8 yoga classes per week, including various formats
- Recruit, audition, hire, coach, and develop teachers to ensure the highest quality instruction
- Review sequences, provide feedback, and lead format trainings to support teacher growth and development
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Department of Education to drive studio success and growth
Requirements:
- 500hr Yoga Alliance Certified (or E-RYT 200) with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
- Strong understanding of YogaSix core formats and distinguishing features between formats
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience coaching and developing staff
- Ability to work a flexible, rolling schedule, including weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using online databases and software (ClubReady or MindBody Online preferred)
