Job Title: General Manager Coach (Complex) - Walmart Management

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager Coach (Complex) to join our Walmart Management team. As a GM Coach, you will play a critical role in leading and developing high-performing teams, driving financial performance and sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, and providing feedback through our Tour-to-Teach program


• Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, and develop action plans to correct deficiencies and improve the customer experience


• Drive financial performance and sales growth by reviewing P&L statements, managing budgets, and developing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals


• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing outstanding performance


• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and identify opportunities for improvement


• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Requirements:

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience


• Ability to attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership


• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership


• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
