As a Music Educator, you will have the opportunity to teach beginning level violin, piano, and guitar to students across our partner school campuses in Chicago, IL. Key Responsibilities:
- Teach small group classes in violin, piano, and guitar to students of various age groups, including beginning level students (3-5 years old)
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, promoting student learning and progress
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and performance
- Manage student records, schedule classes, and support students virtually
- Participate in professional development opportunities, collaborating with senior faculty members and staff
- Promote the program and drive enrollment at partner school events, particularly during registration periods

Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2 years of teaching experience in music classes or a traditional classroom setting

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and creative approach to teaching
