Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional nursing care to patients in accordance with established plans of care
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, modifying and updating as needed
- Provide skilled interventions, teaching, and evaluations to achieve realistic outcomes
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, including clinical chart record reviews and progress notes
- Perform on-call responsibilities, patient visits, and supervisory visits as assigned
