Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educational Aid to join our team at Ellis D Parker Elementary School in Fort Novosel, Alabama. As an Educational Aid, you will play a vital role in supporting students' academic success and providing individualized attention to ensure they reach their full potential.

• Competitive Salary: $15.21 - $26.06 per hour


• Immediate Start: We have immediate openings available


• Location: Fort Novosel, Alabama (remote work not available)


• Job Type: Part-time, 70 hours per pay period


• Appointment Type: Permanent, seasonal position

As an Educational Aid, your responsibilities will include:

• Distributing and collecting testing materials as needed by students


• Grading and providing testing results using identified scoring techniques


• Monitoring students during various phases of the school day


• Preparing instructional materials related to classroom lessons


• Providing tutoring to students in all subject areas


• Accompanying and supervising students on field trips

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship required


• Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Requirement


• Proof of education and/or experience required


• Background investigation and Tier 1 (T1) investigation with Childcare Checks required
