Career Opportunity: Child Care Cook - Tutor Time of West Chester

We're seeking a skilled and passionate individual to prepare nutritious meals for our enrolled children, while maintaining a safe and healthy environment. As a Child Care Cook, you will be an integral part of our childcare center, working closely with our staff to ensure the well-being and development of our children.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing home-style, nutritional meal plans within the boundaries of our school's menu and budget, as well as state and federal requirements


• Creating menus that incorporate USDA, licensing, and/or health department regulations


• Maintaining inventory of food and supplies, and ordering more when needed


• Assisting in classrooms as needed as an Assistant Teacher/Floater

Requirements:

• Work experience in cooking and/or food preparation for multiple individuals in a childcare facility (preferred)


• A willingness to learn and adhere to all current state and local regulations


• Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work
