We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of £23,000 per annum, uncapped commission, and an average OTE of £7,200.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 12 months of telesales experience, gained within the last 3 years
- A proven track record of working towards specific sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Your working hours will be:
- Monday to Thursday: 10:30am - 7:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
- No weekends!
As a Customer Sales Advisor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Outbound calls to existing and lapsed customers to upsell insurance products
- Providing peace of mind by finding the right solutions for every customer
- Building rapport with customers, understanding their individual needs, and putting their interests first
