Remote Entry Level Collector (Florida Residents Only) - Unlock Your Potential with Hilton Grand Vacations

Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic Collections team as a Remote Entry Level Collector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling past due mortgage and/or maintenance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving collections efforts to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to collect on past due accounts, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner


• Follow all State and Federal Laws, and company regulations, to ensure compliance and adherence to industry standards


• Maintain accurate and detailed records of collection activity, including phone calls, correspondence, and payments received


• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including collection targets, phone activity, and contact percentages


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve overall collection efforts

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to meet federal and state licensure requirements


• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (Monday - Saturday, 8am - 11pm)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ months of collections experience or related field (customer service or sales)


• Skip tracing experience


• Timeshare industry, financial services, or banking experience
