Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and intuitive hybrid executive assistant + home assistant to be the right-hand person for a family of five and a successful entrepreneur. The ideal candidate will be a supportive and encouraging presence, providing administrative support, managing household tasks, and helping to keep the family organized and focused. A car is required, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the entrepreneur, including scheduling, email management, and project coordination
- Manage household tasks, such as stocking the fridge, organizing projects, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment
- Assist with childcare, including helping with homework and keeping the children focused and engaged
- Develop and implement effective time-management and project-management systems to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
