Night Shift Customer Service Representative (Remote) - Join Our Team!
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our night shift team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a critical member of our 3rd shift operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring top-notch customer service and driver support during overnight hours. Shift Details: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. CST. Please note that while this is a remote position, you must live within 35 miles of Kaukauna, WI, to facilitate in-office training.
About the Role: As a Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Scheduling, assigning, and monitoring loads using TruckMate or similar Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Communicating with drivers and driver managers to align schedules and priorities
- Monitoring load progress to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
- Addressing customer and driver concerns with professionalism and clarity
- Balancing the needs of drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth night operations
- Maintaining accurate records and inputting updates within our systems
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in a transportation, dispatch, or logistics support role
- Familiarity with TruckMate or similar TMS (a strong plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stay organized and focused during overnight hours
- Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Must be located in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
