Requirements:

• Prior experience in live chat or online customer support is highly preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.


• Exceptional written communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple conversations simultaneously.


• Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools, with a strong understanding of how to leverage technology to enhance support services.


• Fast typing speed, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
