Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our contact center staff

  • Assess training needs and create customized training solutions to address gaps in performance

  • Collaborate with our leadership team to establish training goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them

  • Design and implement curriculum to support our service vision and quality initiatives

  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions to ensure staff have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in adult learning and training methodologies


Requirements:



  • Associate's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or a related field

  • At least 2 years of experience in facilitating classroom training, instructional design, and adult learning

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate adult learners

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
