Join the Netflix Bossfight Gaming Studio as a Senior QA Analyst and play a critical role in delivering the next generation of video games to a global audience. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the quality and stability of our games across various platforms, with a focus on iOS and Android.


In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute QA strategies, identify and resolve complex issues, and drive the development of high-quality games. Responsibilities:



  • Test game functionality and performance across Android/iOS devices and other customer platforms

  • Triage and resolve complex issues, collaborating with engineering teams and producers to identify requirements and develop test plans

  • Define test coverage, create and maintain test cases, report test results, and assess readiness to ship throughout the software development lifecycle

  • Work with partners and stakeholders to utilize and improve our testing tools

  • Investigate product quality, usability, and system limitations


Requirements:



  • Passion for video games with a commitment to excellence

  • 4+ years of industry experience in QA (preferably in the gaming industry)

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on testing mobile games experience

  • Excellent iOS/Android testing experience

  • Professional knowledge of technical requirements, tools, and methodologies

  • Experience translating requirements into effective test cases

  • Proven experience with test planning for complex features/systems

  • Ability to work independently, thrive in a detail-oriented environment, and take ownership of solutions

  • Experience with JIRA, TestRail, and TCM tools

  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams, review partner test results, and maintain high-quality products

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence through feedback, championing and enhancing the user experience

  • Deep understanding of accessibility requirements and testing techniques

  • Experience with Unity Editor and Perforce


Bonus Skills:



  • Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master and/or Product Owner, ISTQB

  • Experience with Xcode, using IPAs, and pulling device logs

  • Experience with continuous integration systems
