Key Responsibilities:
As an Online Adjunct Instructor, you will be responsible for:
- Teaching Career Development courses to students in an online environment
- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans and activities to promote student learning and success
- Providing feedback and support to students to help them achieve their academic and career goals
- Collaborating with colleagues and staff to ensure a high-quality educational experience for students
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in School Counseling, Counseling, Human Resources, Recruiting, Business, Entrepreneurship, Administration, or Education
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of study
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Regular access to a computer with reliable internet connection and Microsoft Office
