We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Key Account Manager to join our team in Pune, responsible for acquiring and managing key merchant accounts for our payment solutions. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, expanding our merchant network, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Job Summary:



  • Acquire and manage key merchant accounts (large standalone accounts, multiple store/MID accounts, city/regional chains) for our payment solutions

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to retain and cross-sell other products to existing clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

  • Ensure high-quality account acquisition, onboarding, and engagement with our payment solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth


Key Responsibilities:



  • New account acquisition for Paytm payment solutions, focusing on key outlets

  • Account management of existing clients, including regular visits, relationship-building, and issue resolution

  • Acquisition quality assurance, ensuring onboarded accounts are engaged with Paytm

  • Location: Pune, with potential travel to other locations as required
