Job Overview:

• Competitive salary: $16.31 - $19.31 hourly, with average starting earnings of $36,780 per year + up to $36,000 in commissions yearly


• Progressive Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 (paid in installments over 12 months)

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing a broad range of customer inquiries, including collections, retention, sales, and technical support


• Use creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide personalized recommendations for our products and services


• Meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience


• Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls

Requirements:

• Call center or customer service experience


• Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours


• Reliable internet service and a dedicated work area that meets WFH standards


• Ability to participate in workspace audits and adhere to organizational security and compliance standards
