As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our mortgage loan officers in their daily duties, helping to drive loan production levels and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Review and deliver mortgage loan disclosure packages to borrowers, ensuring timely and transparent communication

  • Prepare and deliver rate disclosure and re-disclosure packages to borrowers, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Review loan files and identify potential issues, notifying loan officers and processors to prevent delays

  • Provide general clerical and phone support to loan officers and processors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration

  • Work with management to provide support in various stages and areas of lending and processing, driving business growth and efficiency

  • Manage a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, as well as 203K and reverse mortgage products, ensuring timely closings and customer satisfaction

  • Deliver appraisals and property valuations to borrowers, tracking receipt and follow-up as needed

  • Facilitate timely loan closings by working directly with title companies and customers to schedule

Qualifications and Skills:


  • High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or educational equivalent from an accredited institution

  • Minimum 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact, preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous sales support experience, preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
